These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and iSync Technologies Co., Ltd. regarding the PhoneEraser website and software. By accessing the website or using the software, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PhoneEraser for its intended purpose on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our products. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to erase data from any device you use with the software.
You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including a valid email address for license delivery. You are responsible for keeping your license information secure.
Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Payments may be processed by one of our enabled third-party payment providers, such as Paddle, PayPal, or Stripe, depending on the payment method selected at checkout and regional availability. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through the selected payment provider or an available billing support channel.
PhoneEraser is a digital product delivered electronically. After payment, your download link and license information are provided on-screen and by email. See our Delivery Policy.
Data erasure may be irreversible. You are solely responsible for backing up any information you want to keep before using the software. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your use of the software.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. One-time plans do not renew. You can cancel as described in our Cancellation Policy.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The software, website, and all related content are owned by iSync Technologies Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
PhoneEraser is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any device manufacturer unless expressly stated. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the website or software at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which iSync Technologies Co., Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
