This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and what to expect after cancelling.
PhoneEraser is offered on subscription plans (Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly) that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. If a plan does not renew automatically, no cancellation is required.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged again. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current or past periods. Any refund is handled separately under our Refund Policy.
